Field trainers, a growing management team, and the skilled contracts the work depends on.
The model is proven in the field and the processes are documented. The next phase is scale.
| Women | Villages | Hives | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Today | ~35 | 20+ | 300+ |
| 2027 | 75 | 30 | 1,500 |
| 2028 | 100 | 40 | 2,500 |

A manufacturing and processing site in Belize, so value is added before the product leaves the country.
Moving honey out of villages with no reliable road freight, and into export.
Building the brand and the buyer relationships that turn production into revenue.
Honey characterisation, the botanical product line, and the species work underpinning both.
This investment is designed to end. Grant funding catalyses the growth needed to reach a market-based enterprise that generates its own revenue through honey sales beginning in 2027 — at which point the women in the network are running businesses, not receiving a programme.
The complete strategic plan — including the funding requirement, the detailed budget and the phased delivery schedule — is shared directly with prospective funding partners.
